Cookie is a small dog plush in a sitting position. His soft fur is mostly brown, but he has white around his muzzle and hind paws. His left ear is yellow while his right ear is red. There's an orange spot around his right eye. His left front paw is blue, and the right one is green. There is a purple spot on his back. The tip of his tail is green, while the rest of it is blue. His tail is short and slightly curled up. His ears are floppy. He has brown paw pads and a brown nose. His eyes are black.
